Paper & Peel strives to display all products accurately through photos, descriptions, and other details. However, please note:
- Colors may vary slightly due to individual device screen settings.
- Product dimensions or physical appearance may have slight tolerances due to manual production processes or material variations.
- Some products are handmade or produced in small batches, so each item may have minor variations. These variations are not considered defects, but part of the unique character of handmade products.
- Digital products are non-physical and are not shipped in printed form.
- Information on product pages may be updated at any time based on availability or design updates.
All products available on the website are curated selections from Indonesian local creators as well as Paper & Peel’s internal brand.
Pricing and payment
- All prices listed on the website use Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) as the main currency.
- Prices may change at any time depending on availability or store policy. Price changes do not apply retroactively to orders that have already been paid.
- Indonesian customers can make payments using the methods available at checkout, such as QRIS, Virtual Account, or other options we provide.
- International customers may pay via PayPal or card payment (if available in their country).
- Orders are considered successful once the payment is confirmed by the system.
- If a payment issue occurs or the transaction fails, customers are expected to place the order again or contact us through the available channels.
Ordering
- An order is considered placed once the customer completes the checkout process and payment is confirmed by the system.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout — including name, address, postal code, and contact number — is accurate and complete.
- If there is an error in the address or shipping information, customers must contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is being processed.
- Orders cannot be canceled after successful payment, except under specific conditions stated in the return policy.
- Product availability may change at any time. If a product unexpectedly becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer for replacement options or a refund.
Shipping
Local Shipping (Indonesia)
- Shipments are made using the couriers available on the checkout page.
- Delivery time estimates follow each courier’s policy and may vary by region.
- A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped. Package tracking follows the courier’s system entirely.
- Any delays, damage, or loss that occurs during the shipping process is the responsibility of the courier. However, customers may contact us for assistance with follow-up if needed.
International Shipping
- International orders are shipped using EMS Pos Indonesia or other available services.
- Delivery time estimates depend on the destination country and the customs policies of each country.
- Customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or additional fees that may be charged by the destination country.
- Tracking will be provided if available from the shipping service.
Incomplete / Incorrect Address
- If a package fails to be delivered due to an incomplete, incorrect, or unreachable address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.
- Please ensure that the address information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
Digital Products
- Digital products are non-physical and will not be shipped in printed or physical form.
- Digital files can be downloaded after the payment is confirmed by the system.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device supports the file format they purchase.
Digital files that have been purchased are non-refundable, except in cases where the file is corrupted or cannot be opened. In such cases, customers may contact us to receive a replacement file by providing:
• proof that the file cannot be opened or is damaged, and
• proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order number).
- Digital products are for personal use only. Redistribution, duplication, or reselling the files in any form without written permission is strictly prohibited.
- Violations related to the misuse of digital files—including unauthorized distribution, duplication, or resale—may result in liability for damages and compensation according to applicable regulations. We also reserve the right to report copyright violations to the relevant authorities if necessary.
Refunds & Exchanges
Physical Products
• Paper & Peel accepts replacements or refunds only under the following conditions:
 • The product arrives severely damaged
 • The product has a manufacturing defect
 • The wrong product was sent
• Requests must be submitted within a maximum of 3 calendar days after the package is received.
• Customers must provide an unedited, continuous unboxing video from start to finish, with clear lighting, showing the condition of the product and packaging when first opened.
• Products must be unused, complete, and returned in the same condition as received.
• If the request is approved, customers may choose between a replacement product or a refund depending on the case.
• Reshipping costs for replacements may be covered by the store or the customer, depending on the cause of the issue (e.g., store error → we cover the cost).
Digital Products
• Digital products are non-refundable because they are non-physical and downloadable.
• Refunds are only issued if the file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and customers will receive a replacement file at no additional cost.
Address Errors / Unclaimed Packages
• Packages that fail to be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
• If a package is returned to us or remains unclaimed, the reshipping cost must be covered by the customer.
