All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipments are made on business days (Monday–Friday), except on national holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery times depend on the courier service and the destination area. The shipping estimates shown are approximations and may change according to each courier’s policy.
Orders placed outside operating hours or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delays Due to Force Majeure
Shipments may experience delays due to conditions beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, courier operational issues, or other emergency situations.
In such cases, we cannot provide refunds for delays, but we will continue to provide updates and assist with follow-up to the courier when necessary.
Countries Not Served
Paper & Peel does not ship to the following countries:
Israel, Russia, Ukraine, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Belarus
Or any country currently affected by war, embargoes, or outside the coverage of our international shipping services.
This list may change at any time according to courier policies or global situations.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are determined based on destination, product weight, and the courier service selected at checkout.
Shipping fees will automatically appear on the checkout page before the customer completes the order.
For international shipments, costs may vary depending on destination country, shipping zone, and the policies of the available international courier services.
Additional fees such as import taxes, customs duties, or inspection fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Paper & Peel cannot modify shipping fees calculated by the courier system.

Domestic shipping is carried out using the courier services available at checkout.
Available courier options may vary depending on the customer’s location and service availability.
Delivery estimates are determined by the courier and may change depending on their operational conditions.
International Shipping
International shipping is carried out via EMS Pos Indonesia or other available services for specific destination countries.
Shipping times can vary depending on the destination country, customs processes, and local authorities’ regulations.
International tracking will be provided when available from the courier service.
Paper & Peel is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or import regulations in the destination country.
Tracking & Status Updates
A tracking number or tracking information will be provided after the order is shipped.
Tracking can be viewed through the courier’s website or tracking system.
For international shipping, tracking updates may experience delays or temporary inactivity, especially during customs processing in the destination country.
Paper & Peel has no control over the accuracy or frequency of tracking updates provided by the courier.
If customers need assistance checking their shipment status, we can help follow up with the courier based on the available information.
Damage & Loss During Shipment
Paper & Peel ensures that each order is packaged securely before being handed over to the courier.
Once the package has been handed over to the courier, the shipping process and package condition become the responsibility of the courier.
If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us immediately and include a full unboxing video from start to finish without cuts, as required by our Refund & Return Policy.
If a package is lost or becomes untrackable, we will assist by following up with the courier based on the available information.
The investigation, compensation, and resolution process follows the courier’s policies and may require additional examination time.

Force Majeure
Shipping may experience delays or disruptions due to conditions beyond the control of Paper & Peel or the courier, including but not limited to:

customs policies
national emergencies
geopolitical situations or international restrictions
In force majeure situations, Paper & Peel cannot provide refunds for delivery delays or shipping failures. However, we will continue to provide updates and assist with follow-up to the courier based on the information available.
