No. You can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account gives you several benefits, such as:
• easy access to order history, and the ability to create a wishlist to save your favorite products.
Most products are ready stock, but some items may have limited availability because they are handmade or produced in small batches.
If your order has not been processed or shipped, you can contact us immediately. However, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is already being processed for shipment.
Paid orders cannot be canceled, except under certain conditions outlined on the Refund & Return Policy page.
Section 2 - Payments
For Indonesian customers, we accept payments via QRIS.
For international customers, payments can be made through PayPal or card (if available in your country).
Yes, the product prices shown are final. Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.
For international customers, transactions may be processed in USD by payment providers such as PayPal. The final total may vary depending on the exchange rate and conversion policies of the payment provider.
Differences may occur due to: currency conversion rates (for international payments), additional fees from PayPal or your bank, or changes in shipping costs by the courier.

Section 3 - Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
For domestic shipping (Indonesia), we use the couriers available at checkout.
For international shipping, we use EMS Pos Indonesia or other available services depending on the destination country.
Shipping times depend on the destination and courier policy. Estimates are approximate and may change based on courier operations.
Yes. A tracking number or tracking information will be provided after your order is shipped. Tracking can be checked through the courier’s website.
Paper & Peel does not ship to: Israel, Russia, Ukraine, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Belarus, or other countries under embargo, war, or outside the coverage of our shipping services.
Tracking updates may experience delays, especially for international shipments being processed by customs. This is common and beyond our control.
Delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, extreme weather, courier disruptions, etc.) are not eligible for refunds. However, we will help provide updates based on courier information.
Section 4 - Digital Products
Digital products are downloadable files, such as printable planner inserts or other digital designs that are not shipped physically.
Once payment is confirmed, you can download your file through the link available on the order confirmation page or email.
No. All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable. However, if the file is corrupted or cannot be opened, you may receive a replacement file by providing:
• proof that the file cannot be opened / is corrupted, and proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order number).
File formats vary (e.g., PDF, PNG, or JPG). Please ensure your device supports the file format you purchased.
No. Digital products are for personal use only. Redistribution, duplication, or reselling the files without permission is prohibited.
Violations may result in liability for damages and copyright infringement reports according to applicable laws.
Section 5 - Refund & Returns
Refunds or replacements can be requested if:
• the product arrives severely damaged,
• the product has a manufacturing defect, or
• there is a shipping error on our side (such as sending the wrong item or an incorrect address label).
Requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days after the package is received
You must provide an unedited, continuous unboxing video from start to finish, with clear lighting, showing the product’s condition when opened for the first time.
Products must be unused, complete, and returned in the condition received. If the request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.
No. Digital products are final and non-refundable, unless the file is corrupted or cannot be opened. A replacement file will be provided once you show proof of the issue and your purchase.
If the mistake is on our side, the reshipping cost will be covered by Paper & Peel.
If delivery fails due to customer errors (e.g., incorrect/incomplete address or unreachable phone number), the order cannot be resent for free. Customers must place a new order with the correct information.
We will follow up with the courier based on the available information. Investigation and resolution follow the courier’s policies and may take additional time.
Section 6 - Consignment
Yes. Paper & Peel accepts consignment for stationery, stickers, paper goods, and other creative products from Indonesian local creators.
Illustrators, designers, makers, and small brands with original products who want to reach a wider audience.

No. All products go through a curation process to ensure they align with Paper & Peel’s concept and quality standards.
Products such as stickers, planner refills, agendas, and other paper goods. Products must be safe, high-quality, and free from SARA content, pornography, violence, or copyright violations.
Details about revenue sharing are available on the consignment page. The profit-sharing system generally follows market standards and will be mutually agreed upon before the products go live.
Creators are responsible for sending the initial stock to Paper & Peel and ensuring products arrive in good condition.
Yes. Sales reports will be provided periodically as agreed upon with the creator.

Paper & Peel is based in Indonesia and serves both local and international customers.
Currently, Paper & Peel operates as an online store. Information about pop-up stores or events will be announced on our social media.
Yes. All products are designed internally by Paper & Peel or curated from local creators who collaborate with us. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit products.
 Not at the moment, but you may leave a note during checkout if you need a special message. We will try to assist if possible.
