Section 1 - Ordering

How do I place an order on Paper & Peel?

You can select your products, add them to the cart, then proceed to the checkout page to fill in your shipping and payment details.

Do I need to create an account to shop?

No. You can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account gives you several benefits, such as:

• easy access to order history, and the ability to create a wishlist to save your favorite products.

Are all products always ready stock?

Most products are ready stock, but some items may have limited availability because they are handmade or produced in small batches.

Can i changing my address after placing an order?

If your order has not been processed or shipped, you can contact us immediately. However, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is already being processed for shipment.

Can i cancel my order?

Paid orders cannot be canceled, except under certain conditions outlined on the Refund & Return Policy page.

Section 2 - Payments

What payment method are available?

For Indonesian customers, we accept payments via QRIS.

For international customers, payments can be made through PayPal or card (if available in your country).

Are the prices displayed final?

Yes, the product prices shown are final. Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.

Are international transaction processed in USD?

For international customers, transactions may be processed in USD by payment providers such as PayPal. The final total may vary depending on the exchange rate and conversion policies of the payment provider.

Why is my final payment amount different from the amount shown on the website?

Differences may occur due to: currency conversion rates (for international payments), additional fees from PayPal or your bank, or changes in shipping costs by the courier.

Can i pay via manual bank transfer?

No. For convenience and security, we only accept payments through the methods available at checkout.

What should I do if my payment fails or is not confirmed?

Please retry the transaction or contact us via email. We will help verify your payment status.

Section 3 - Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Which shipping services do you use?

For domestic shipping (Indonesia), we use the couriers available at checkout.

For international shipping, we use EMS Pos Indonesia or other available services depending on the destination country.

What are the estimated shipping time?

Shipping times depend on the destination and courier policy. Estimates are approximate and may change based on courier operations.

Will i receive the tracking number?

Yes. A tracking number or tracking information will be provided after your order is shipped. Tracking can be checked through the courier’s website.

Which country do you NOT ship to?

Paper & Peel does not ship to: Israel, Russia, Ukraine, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Belarus, or other countries under embargo, war, or outside the coverage of our shipping services.

Why does my tracking status not update or stay in one place?

Tracking updates may experience delays, especially for international shipments being processed by customs. This is common and beyond our control.

What happens if my package is delayed due to disasters or unexpected conditions?

Delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, extreme weather, courier disruptions, etc.) are not eligible for refunds. However, we will help provide updates based on courier information.

Section 4 - Digital Products

What qualifies as a digital product?

Digital products are downloadable files, such as printable planner inserts or other digital designs that are not shipped physically.

How do i receive my digital product after purchase?

Once payment is confirmed, you can download your file through the link available on the order confirmation page or email.

Can digital products be refunded?

No. All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable. However, if the file is corrupted or cannot be opened, you may receive a replacement file by providing:

• proof that the file cannot be opened / is corrupted, and proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order number).

In what format are digital files provided?

File formats vary (e.g., PDF, PNG, or JPG). Please ensure your device supports the file format you purchased.

Can i share the digital file with others?

No. Digital products are for personal use only. Redistribution, duplication, or reselling the files without permission is prohibited.

What are the consequences of sharing digital files without permission?

Violations may result in liability for damages and copyright infringement reports according to applicable laws.

Section 5 - Refund & Returns

When can i receive refund or replacement?

Refunds or replacements can be requested if:

• the product arrives severely damaged,

• the product has a manufacturing defect, or

• there is a shipping error on our side (such as sending the wrong item or an incorrect address label).

Requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days after the package is received

what proof do i need to provide?

You must provide an unedited, continuous unboxing video from start to finish, with clear lighting, showing the product’s condition when opened for the first time.

How does the product return process work?

Products must be unused, complete, and returned in the condition received. If the request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.

Can digital products be refunded?

No. Digital products are final and non-refundable, unless the file is corrupted or cannot be opened. A replacement file will be provided once you show proof of the issue and your purchase.

Who covers the shipping cost for replacements?

If the mistake is on our side, the reshipping cost will be covered by Paper & Peel.

What happens if a package fails to be delivered due to customer error?

If delivery fails due to customer errors (e.g., incorrect/incomplete address or unreachable phone number), the order cannot be resent for free. Customers must place a new order with the correct information.

What if my package is lost during shipping?

We will follow up with the courier based on the available information. Investigation and resolution follow the courier’s policies and may take additional time.

Section 6 - Consignment

Does Paper & Peel accept consignment?

Yes. Paper & Peel accepts consignment for stationery, stickers, paper goods, and other creative products from Indonesian local creators.

Who can join the consignment program?

Illustrators, designers, makers, and small brands with original products who want to reach a wider audience.

How do I register for consignment?

You can visit our consignment page and read the terms and conditions.

Are all consignment applications accepted?

No. All products go through a curation process to ensure they align with Paper & Peel’s concept and quality standards.

What products can be consigned?

Products such as stickers, planner refills, agendas, and other paper goods. Products must be safe, high-quality, and free from SARA content, pornography, violence, or copyright violations.

How is the revenue share system handled?

Details about revenue sharing are available on the consignment page. The profit-sharing system generally follows market standards and will be mutually agreed upon before the products go live.

Who is responsible for shipping consignment products to Paper & Peel?

Creators are responsible for sending the initial stock to Paper & Peel and ensuring products arrive in good condition.

Does Paper & Peel provide sales reports?

Yes. Sales reports will be provided periodically as agreed upon with the creator.

Section 7 – Miscellaneous FAQ

Where is Paper & Peel based?

Paper & Peel is based in Indonesia and serves both local and international customers.

Does Paper & Peel have a physical store?

Currently, Paper & Peel operates as an online store. Information about pop-up stores or events will be announced on our social media.

Are Paper & Peel products official and original?

Yes. All products are designed internally by Paper & Peel or curated from local creators who collaborate with us. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit products.

Does Paper & Peel offer gift messages or gift wrapping?

 Not at the moment, but you may leave a note during checkout if you need a special message. We will try to assist if possible.

Can I place a bulk order?

For now, bulk orders are available only for certain products. You may contact us via email for more information.

Does Paper & Peel accept partnerships other than consignment?

We are open to certain collaborations, such as design partnerships or creative projects. You may contact us via email to discuss further details.
